I didn’t know I was in one many years ago until my wife said “whatever you are struggling with is starting to become an even bigger worry for me and our family and you have to get help”
Unbelievable I wasn’t even aware that I was struggling until someone close to me had to bring it to my attention.
It was the best thing my wife every did!.
My wife without knowing it brought my subconscious to the conscious so I then could make that change.
Its now time for you to invest in yourself and get you back where you want to be.
Having an honest smile. Where you are not covering the turmoil inside, gaining clarity on a daily basis and happiness is everyone’s birth right, you can and will find joy once again.
Its OK its happens to so many, we can loose the lust for life we once had.
It does take courage to want to regain your confidence and motivation as our inner critical voice which has become so strong and loud will be telling you its not worth it!
I have been working with Clients with so many different challenges.
Stress, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, phobias, low-self worth, suicidal thoughts, lack of self-belief & self-confidence, self-doubt, guilt, self-judgement, inner conflicts, past negative emotions, constant need for perfection, imposter syndrome, Covid Fear & fears of all kinds including judgement, failure, rejection, losing control, criticism and so much more.
I’ve personally experienced and overcome the majority of the challenges above including anxiety, low self-worth, and the fear of judgement, failure and rejection to name a few.
Even if you don’t fully believe in yourself when you first come to me, it doesn’t matter it’s perfectly natural and I’ll believe in you enough for both of us until you do too – and you will.
An important thing to remember before we meet is, I understand the struggles you may have and know how to get out of the deep hole you may find yourself in.

Coaching sessions take place by video call via messenger or zoom giving you total freedom and flexibility to choose a time and be in a place that is comfortable, convenient and works best for you.
I believe that everyone has a right to happiness within themselves, everyone should enjoy Joy on a daily basis and everyone has that capability to change but it does take courage to want to change. There can be pain but the fear of not moving forward is actually more painful, moving onwards and upwards is scary but so are roller coasters and everyone loves a roller coaster!
